Automotive Technician – European Specialist

RPM Euro is seeking ONE experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. We specialize in high-end European vehicles and performance applications, with in-house dyno testing and ECU tuning capabilities.

Candidates should have a strong background working on Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar, Range Rover, and other European marques.

Position Details:

Full-time: 5-day work week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commissions based on performance and efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience working on European vehicles
Strong understanding of electronics, diagnostics, and modern vehicle systems (preferred)
Experience with factory-level diagnostic systems such as ISTA (BMW), Xentry (Mercedes-Benz), ODIS (VW/Audi), and other OEM or advanced aftermarket tools such as Kess3, TEXA, ECM Titanium & others (preferred)
Proven ability to perform accurate diagnostics and repairs
Must provide and maintain your own tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid professional references

Tuning Sales Specialist –

Automotive, Diesel & Marine Performance

RPM Euro is expanding our performance division and seeking an experienced, high-energy Tuning Sales Specialist to join our team.

We are one of the few facilities in the Southeast offering full in-house dyno testing, ECU/TCU calibration, and performance tuning for European, Domestic, Diesel, and Marine applications.

This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role — equal parts technical product knowledge, relationship building, and genuine passion for horsepower, torque, and results both land and sea.

About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between our tuning department and the customer — shops, fleet operators, and individual enthusiasts — helping them unlock performance, efficiency, and drivability through professional ECU/TCU calibration.

You won’t be selling “service work.” You’ll be selling results: more power, better fuel economy, smoother drivability, and proven performance on the dyno.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, 5-6 days/week & remote home-office options available.
Compensation: Competitive base salary + strong commission + performance incentives
Location: Based at RPM Euro headquarters (with travel to partners, fleet accounts, and multiple events) Remote work options available.

Responsibilities

Sell tuning and ECU/TCU calibration services for automotive, diesel, and marine applications
Develop and manage relationships with performance shops, marine dealers, fleet operators, and end users.
Handle inbound leads and pursue outbound opportunities for partnerships and wholesale accounts
Build tuning packages and proposals based on client needs and vehicle type
Work directly with the calibration team to schedule and deliver tuning sessions
Represent RPM Euro at shows, events, and industry gatherings
Track customer data, sales performance, and emerging tuning opportunities

Qualifications

Prior experience in automotive or performance sales (preferred)
Knowledge of ECU/TCU tuning, dyno testing, and performance upgrades (preferred)
Understanding of diesel, forced induction, and marine ECU systems a strong plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
